Ansley Park    is one of Atlanta's Premier neighborhoods, right in the heart of midtown.  It boosts several neighborhood parks                                 and the Ansley Golf and Country Club.

 

Avondale Estates is a tudor-style, incorporated village, with its own police & fire department.  Lovely homes abound in the residential district, with an enchanting park and duck pond at its center.  Provided is both city and neighborhood information.

 

Berkeley Park   is a small in-town neighborhood located in northwest Atlanta, nestled between Northside Dr. and Howell Mill Rd.  Check their webpage for information about surrounding neighborhoods as well.

 

Buckhead    may be Atlanta's most famous area.  But besides its trendy entertainment and shopping dsitricts, it is full of beautiful homes, including the Govenor's!

North Buckhead ,  is a collection of neighborhoods from different eras and a lot of new construction, surrounding the famed Chastain Park, with golf course, equestrian stables and amphitheatre.

 

 

Candler Park , separated from Inman Park by Little 5 Points, this neighborhood boosts one of the first public golf courses, a newly renovated neighborhood pool and an eclectic shopping area with one of Atlanta's most popular all-day breakfast eateries, "The Flying Biscuit".

 

Clairmont Heights , this family neighborhood is conveniently located near Emory University in unincorporated DeKalb county, offering a reprieve from city taxes.

 

 

 

 

 

Decatur has a delightful downtown area with wonderful restaurants and pubs around its square.  The surrounding neighborhoods are just as delightful and present a variety of architecture and building eras.

 

 

Druid Hills is full of stately homes and beautiful streets.  Emory University, Fernbank Science Center, Fernbank Museum & IMAX Theatre and Druid Hills Golf and Country Club grace this majestic neighborhood.

 

 

East Atlanta , still an island of "True Cool", colorful storefronts are a trademark of thisneighborhood's vibrant commercial village. Just south of I-20, the residential areas are combinations of brick bungalows and frame cottages.

 

 

 

 

East Lake    is located just inside the eastern border of the City of Atlanta. This area's popularity has been fueled by the restoration of the historic East Lake Country Club  New mixed-income townhouses and apartments are drawing a cross-section of residents committed to reviving the area.

 

 

 

Garden Hills in lower Buckhead, between Piedmont Ave. & Peachtree Street, is another wonderful family neighborhood.  It boosts a friendly neighborhood pool, open to the public, and neighborhood activities.

 

 

 

Grant Park   is one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods with homes dating from the late 1800's.  It surrounds Atlanta's first park, the Zoo and Cyclorama, and is near the historic Oakland Cemetary.

 

 

 

Home Park with expanding Georgia Tech, to the south, many students began to call this neighborhood their home. Today, the community is a blend of student renters, older residents and young homeowners and families.  A small neighborhood grocery is famous for its cuban sandwiches, there's always a line at lunch!

 

 

 

 

Inman Park was Atlanta's first "suburb", connected to downtown by one of the first streetcar systems.  It contains some of  the most beautiful and ornate Victorian homes.

-Rising Sunflower- logo Adjacent to Candler Park, Lake Claire continues the neighborhood with homes built a little later than the former.

 

LaVista Park  is strategically located near the geographic center of the Metropolitan Atlanta Region, immediately east of the junction of Interstate 85 North and the Georgia 400 Tollway. The area is rich in its diversity of housing, businesses, cultures, and public amenities.

 

Lindridge/Martin Manor   has been called the link between “intown and uptown”; East Buckhead and Lower Buckhead.  Developed in the late '40's and early '50's this neighborhood, has one of the oldest, established neighborhood associations.

 

Loring Heights

Loring Heights is a small neighborhood in Midtown Atlanta. Nestled between Northside Drive and Peachtree St. and bounded by I-75 to the north and Bishop Street to the south.

 

 

 

 

TheMidtownneighborhood, next to Piedmont Park, revels in its individualism and character-laden homes.  In the heart of Atlanta, this neighborhood enjoys proximity to the park and many popular restaurants and businesses. Midtown is so popular it has two sites!

Morningside/Lenox Park is a very closely knit neighborhood, which loosely includes Johnson Estates as well, bordering, Virginia-Highland.  One of Atlanta's most popular neighborhoods, you will enjoy living close enough to the action to be there in minutes, yet far enough away to live in tranquility.
 
 
 
Right in the heart of Buckhead, Peachtree Hills, is a warm and charming neighborhood, with a personality all its own. 
 
 
Poncey-Highland is just on the other side of Ponce de Leon Ave, from Virginia-Highland, and right before Inman Park.  An eclectic mix of homes, it fits right in.
 
 
Sherwood Forest , a   post WWII neighborhood tucked behind the Ansley Golf and Country Club is a neighborhood of glorified ranch style homes., on street named for the famous characters from the neighborhood's namesake.
 
 
 
 
Underwood Hills is a popular neighborhood on the west side of I-75, close to everywhere.  It exhibits different home styles from several different eras, including the craftsman bungalows, cottages and cape cod.
 
 
 
Virginia-Highland is the favorite choice of many Atlantians.  If they aren't fortunate enough to live here, then certainly enjoy playing here.  A friendly  neighborhood, with its top rated restaurants, pubs and boutiques, plus neighborhood schools. You won't want to live anywhere else.
 
 
Winnona Park , a charming little neighborhood, near the Agnes Scott College campus, is nestled to the southeast of downtown Decatur.
